Can I arrive early or stay late?
Absolutely! Nashville has so much to offer that you can turn your NPG Iconic event into a full team bonding weekend. After registering for Iconic, you can add extra nights on at the hotel venue separately from your NPG charges.
What's the cancellation/refund policy?
While we hope this is not the case, your registration can be modified slightly (up or down a few team members) up to 3 weeks before the event. You can cancel up to 90 days prior with a full refund and up to 45 days in advance with a 50% return of your investment.
When is payment due and what methods are accepted?

What's NOT included?
- Dinners (attendees are responsible for their dinner costs)
- Flights (travel to/from Nashville)
- Extra nights (if arriving early or staying late)

Will I receive specific learning outcomes or certifications?
We will have some awards recognizing great team and individual accomplishments, but the event is driven around learning AND installing new concepts. The immersive nature of Iconic will send all participants home with motivation and new ways to transform the practice.

What if I have special needs or accessibility requirements?
The Hilton property for the NPG Iconic event is accessible. Please indicate your needs and we’ll be sure a room is arranged for you.
Is there parking available at the hotel?
Yes, the hotel does have paid parking.
What should I bring to the event?
Mainly your energy and readiness to try new ideas! Beyond that, the event is casual attire. Come with jeans and a t-shirt if you like, or up to business casual. Everyone will fit in! Also, bring your best notetaking system, e-tablet, laptop, etc. NPG will provide some notepads for simple note capturing.
